Society likes to optimize, segment, and compartmentalize all aspects of life to maximize effectiveness.

We work Monday-Friday, we relax with family and friends in the evening, we cut loose on the weekend, we reaffirm our spirituality at Church on Sunday, we work out at the gym, we even sleep in a bedroom. 

Life should not follow suit depending on the day of the week.

We evolved with all aspects of life integrated within our small tribes and communities.

We worked and enjoyed pleasure with our friends, we practiced spirituality and art together, we were physically active hunting & gathering together.

Every important aspect of our lives was fully integrated with one another to form a synergistic experience of life.

We didn't look to the future for happiness or count the days of the week.

We didn't define ourselves by what we do for a living, we just lived. 

We woke up with purpose and excitement to tackle the day and see what it holds.

We just lived.

Hopefully, you can see the benefits of living an integrated life.

The goal is to jump out of bed in excitement by combining all important parts of your life: health, wealth, love, & fulfillment.

The most successful people have a wholly integrated life.

Nothing is too detached or separated. 

They're life simply revolves around there enjoyment & fulfillment. 

They jump out of bed because all the best parts of life are integrated in every day.
